Employers now receive a weekly digest of all pending learner applications, helping you stay organized and ensuring no applications slip through the cracks.
Project milestone creation.
Employers can now set specific project milestones directly from the team page, improving project tracking and providing better guidance for learners.
Team limit adjustment requests.
Educators and employers can now request changes to the number of teams allowed per match, offering flexibility to scale up or down as needed.

Meet Dr. Kai-Yu Wang, Professor of Marketing at Brock University.
In his “Internet and Social Media Marketing” course, Dr. Wang utilizes Riipen to provide students with real-world experience working with employers. Students partnered with organizations to design data-driven marketing strategies, conduct research, and present professional recommendations.
This approach helps students build confidence and develop practical skills in communication, research, and digital strategy. Two students even received internship offers from their project clients.
Sabrina turned to Riipen to help scale her business, collaborating with student teams on key projects like competitor analysis, digital marketing, and SEO-optimized content. These efforts resulted in valuable deliverables, including a list of potential business partners, social media videos, and a comprehensive competitor analysis, all of which supported her company’s growth.
The collaboration allowed Sabrina to focus on strategic priorities while leveraging student talent for innovation and efficiency.
